






Under the chairmanship of Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, on this morning, 19 Septermber, the Vietnam Socio-Economic Forum 2023 with the theme "Strengthening endogenous capacity, creating dynamism force for growth and sustainable development" was officially opened at the National Convention Center, Hanoi with the direct participation of 450 delegates. The forum is connected online to 6 bridge points at domestic academies and universities.
Calling for all officials and Party members’ clear awareness of their own responsibility in this national revolution, General Secretary Lam underlined the need for concerted awareness and actions among the community in completing all tasks and targets in the resolution, along with unity and close coordination in execution across ministries and localities in the work.

Vietnamese Party and State leaders gathered in Hanoi on April 16 to discuss draft documents for the 14th National Party Congres, the amendment of the Constitution and laws, and the continued streamlining of the political system's organisational apparatus.
The Consitution amendment process must be finalised by June 30, with the new legal framework effective from July 1. Communal-level administrative units are to be reorganised and operational by August 15, and provincial-level units by September 15.
