Amending the Constitution is a particularly important task with a large workload, involving the responsibility of many agencies and organisations, and closely linked to the policy of streamlining and reorganising the political system, the top legislator emphasised.

In addition to the official contents already included in the agenda, there are many other issues in the contingency programme that need to be considered to serve the restructuring of the state apparatus, the reorganisation of administrative units, and the development of a two-tier local administration model, Man said, adding that this also includes fulfilling the requirements of the Central Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, in line with the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Currently, the Government, the Prime Minister, and relevant agencies are making significant efforts to implement solutions across all sectors to proactively respond to the new tariff policy of the US. Therefore, the NA and its Standing Committee are ready to review issues within their jurisdiction to quickly solve difficulties and obstacles for businesses and people in order to promote socio-economic development, including those related to tax exemptions, reductions, or extensions for US companies, he affirmed./.
