Leaders of Vietnamese and Bangladesh National Assembly signed the first MoU on cooperation

After the talks between Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue and Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bangladesh Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, the two leaders signed the first Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two legislatures to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

According to the recently signed MoU, the National Assembly of the two countries agreed to promote efforts to strengthen relations and cooperation through the exchange of National Assembly high ranking delegations and all levels; enhance exchanges and experience sharing among parliamentarians from both countries; other areas related to the activities of each country's legislature, support for each other at international forums.

The two sides organize and coordinate in-person and online seminars between agencies of the two legislature to exchange experiences in parliamentary activities. The two sides promote the exchange of opinions on regional and international issues of mutual concern; coordinate and consult at regional and international inter-parliamentary forums.

After that, the two leaders witnessed the signing of a MoU on cooperation between the two legislature offices.
