The Da Nang Junior Chamber International (JCI) community projects day opened in the central beach city on April 27, floating four major initiatives aimed at community development in the locality and neighbouring Quang Nam province.
The event gathered young leaders from companies and social organisations to exchange ideas on leadership skills and corporate culture, particularly for young startups and small and medium sized enterprises.

At the event, JCI Da Nang introduced four flagship projects for 2025, including VietBlood, which promotes health awareness and early diabetes screening among young workers; Thap Sang (lighting up), installing solar lights for disadvantaged communities in central Vietnam; 19 Train, which supports career development for students in the region; and Your Dreams, raising autism awareness and providing training for parents and teachers, with the goal of early screening 10,000 children nationwide by 2030.
Earlier, on April 19, JCI Da Nang installed 20 solar lighting sets for Xe Dang ethnic households in Nam Tra My district, Quang Nam province, contributing to improved living conditions.
The event not only inspires action but also reaffirms JCI Da Nang’s commitment to fostering positive social change through leadership and community service./.
