The course is part of a project to develop expertise and increase multi-cultural experiences for foreign students of the Udon Thani Rajabhat University and the Thai Nguyen University’s Lao Cai branch.

It attracted learners of different ages and professions who want to learn Vietnamese to meet their job requirements and daily life.

The centre plans to offer such course monthly to meet demand of people in Thailand, particularly overseas Vietnamese children./.

A credit programme with preferential interest rates was established under Decision No. 22/2023/QĐ-TTg, dated August 17, 2023 by the Prime Minister to help former inmates secure stable jobs so they can rebuild their lives.
