Following the presentation of a report for explaining, absorbing and revising the draft Law on Archives (amended), deputies will discuss in the hall a number of contents with different opinions about this draft Law in the morning.

In the afternoon, they will discuss in groups the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Guard Law; and the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosive Materials, and Support Tools (amended).

The draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Guard Law amends and supplements a total of 15 out of the 33 articles of the current law, focusing on major policies such as amending and supplementing the subjects of security guards, guard measures, the authority of security forces, and regimes and policies for guard work.

Meanwhile, the revision of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosive Materials, and Support Tools aims to comprehensively and promptly institutionalise the Party's viewpoints and policies and the State's laws on strengthening the management and use of weapons, explosive materials, and support tools; promote administrative reform, streamline unnecessary paperwork to ensure alignment with practical demands, thus creating favourable conditions for agencies, organisations, and citizens; and establish a solid legal framework for state management, preventing and combatting crime and legal violations  in this field; and simultaneously address shortcomings, limitations, and obstacles in the enforcement and application of the law./.
