France backs Indonesia's efforts to join the Global School Meals Coalition, which was introduced at the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit, he emphasised.

Through the World Food Programme, France has already contributed nearly 300,000 USD to support Indonesia’s Free School Lunch Programme.

Additionally, France is exploring the possibility of sending experts to Indonesia to provide technical assistance and ensure the program's effective implementation.

The Free School Lunch Programme is an initiative of the Indonesian government, set to launch in early 2025, aimed at supporting education and preventing stunting in children./.
