Hun Manet asked the Lao side to find appropriate measures to ensure a sustainable and timely supply of electricity to Cambodia.

For border affairs, Thongloun Sisoulith confirmed the Lao side’s readiness to work with Cambodia based on the Cambodia-Laos Border Demarcation Treaty 2023.

Thongloun Sisoulith thanked Cambodia for its support to Laos as ASEAN Chair 2024, stressing that Laos will learn from the success of Cambodia who held the ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022.

He said Laos is looking forward to welcoming Hun Manet to attend the ASEAN Summits in October in Vientiane./.
