14th National Party Congress: Russian political party expresses confidence in future of comprehensive cooperation

Both sides agreed to expand collaboration between the Russian Presidential Academy, the HCMA, and other Vietnamese institutions to continue the tradition of effective cooperation, further consolidating and deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia.

Chairman Man stressed that the Vietnamese Party, State, NA and people have always remembered with gratitude the support of the Soviet people, including the Russian people, in Vietnam’s past struggle for independence, as well as Russia’s close and effective cooperation in the country’s current process of national development.
