The ninth Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians wrapped up in Hanoi on September 16 under the chair of Dyah Roro Esti, member of Parliament at the House of Representatives of Indonesia and member of the Board of the Inter-parliamentary Union (IPU)'s Forum of Young Parliamentarians.
The 9th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians in Hanoi adopted a statement highlighting the role of young people in accelerating the realisation of sustainable development goals through digital transformation and innovation, and promoted respect for cultural diversity in support of sustainable development at closing session of the event on September 16.

The 9th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians on September 16 convened the 3nd session on promoting respect for culural diversity in support of sustainable development. MP of Morocco, member of the Board of the IPU Forum of Young Parliamentarians Kamal Ait Mik served as the chairperson.
