New milestones in Vietnam’s comprehensive strategic partnerships with Russia, France

The 33rd Diplomatic Conference, themed “Promoting the pioneering role and fulfilling the crucial and regular task of Vietnam's external affairs in the new era,” officially opened in Hanoi on August 1 morning in a hybrid format, with videoconferencing extended to localities across the nation and Vietnamese representative missions abroad. Party General Secretary and State President To Lam attended and delivered a keynote address at the conference. The People's Deputies Newspaper would like to introduce a translation of his speech.

During his nine-day working trip, including travel time, PM Chinh maintained a dense and highly productive schedule with around 80 activities. These included meetings and talks with nearly all the top leaders of Kuwait, Algeria, and South Africa; policy speeches; working sessions with government officials and businesses of the host countries; visits to socio-economic establishments in all three nations; and participation in economic forums and business dialogues.
