Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed Vietnam’s active, responsible participation in SCO activities will contribute to strengthening the role of multilateralism and international law, including the UN Charter, for an environment of stability, prosperity, and equal, mutually beneficial cooperation in the region and the world.
PM highlights multilateral cooperation at SCO Summit

To further enhance the SCO’s contributions to the common interests of the international community, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called for stronger multilateralism, solidarity and international cooperation in addressing both traditional and non-traditional security challenges.
