In line with the provincial Party Committee’s resolution, the provincial Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has launched a campaign calling on its members to contribute 20,000 workdays to this effort.
Youth union branches are requested to engage members in house construction and renovation with specific targets.

Additionally, local youth union units are told to encourage businesses to help with this effort, thus maximising social resources. Volunteer clubs and teams will also be established to provide labour support to ensure safe and high-quality construction.
To date, 27 houses have been renovated and 52 newly built, with 1,040 workdays contributed by youth union members. Currently, over 2,150 poor and near-poor households in Quang Binh still require new housing or repairs./.
