Logistical support is a crucial task that requires meticulous attention to detail and the best possible contingency plans before, during, and after the election. Given the province's vast territory, numerous challenging areas with fragmented terrain, and the immense workload, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that subcommittee members thoroughly review the list of tasks, clearly assign responsibilities to specific individuals, and avoid any overlaps or omissions.
All plans must ensure absolute safety. The highest priority is to prepare the best possible conditions, ensuring that no objective difficulties related to terrain or weather affect the progress and quality of the election.
