At the inspection sites, the inspection and supervision team acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive spirit and responsibility of the Party committees and local authorities in the communes in implementing election preparation tasks, especially given that these localities are all mountainous communes with a large ethnic minority population and limited infrastructure. They also noted that the localities must post the lists of candidates and voters in easily visible locations, convenient for the public to view.
