Thailand launches one-stop service centre to support exporters
The one-stop centre is part of the government’s efforts to alleviate the impact of US tariffs, and more proactive measures will be rolled out to safeguard Thai exporters’ competitiveness and strengthen their position in the global market.

Thailand's Ministry of Commerce has opened a one-stop service centre to help Thai exporters adapt swiftly and maintain their competitiveness in the face of new tariffs imposed by the US.
Deputy government spokesman Anukool Pruksanusak said the centre is designed to help both small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as large corporations facing challenges now that the 19% US tariff on imports from Thailand has taken effect.
Staff from 12 agencies have been mobilised to provide services at the centre that is located at the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) office in Bangkok, Anukool said, noting that the centre offers a wide range of services and assistance including tariff consultation, mitigation measures, market information, cost-cutting advice and plans for expanding business opportunities.
Of the 12 participating agencies, eight are under the Ministry of Commerce, he said.
