Indonesia waives visas for Brazilian, Turkish citizens
The primary consideration for granting visa-free entry to Brazil and Turkey is reciprocity, as both countries already offer visa-free entry to Indonesian citizens.
Indonesia began implementing a visa-free entry policy for Brazilian and Turkish passport holders starting July 3, according to its Ministry of Immigration and Corrections.
Yuldi Yusman, Acting Director General of Immigration at the ministry, said the policy was implemented following evaluations coordinated with relevant ministries and institutions. The primary consideration for granting visa-free entry to Brazil and Turkey is reciprocity, as both countries already offer visa-free entry to Indonesian citizens.
