The second national conference to deploy laws and resolutions of the 15th National Assembly

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man said that the Conference will focus on thoroughly grasping new points, key contents, requirements and tasks of 9 laws and 10 resolutions, which stipulate very important contents about land; house; real estate business; telecommunication; credit institutions; a number of specific mechanisms and policies to implement national target programs; about identity; forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots; manage and protect national defense works and military zones; water resources; pilot a number of specific policies on investment in road construction; impose additional corporate income tax under regulations to prevent global tax base erosion; socio-economic development plan; State budget estimates; medium-term public investment plan... to promptly resolve some inadequacies and limitations in practice. These are contents that are very important not only for the implementation of the 2024 socio-economic development plan but also have fundamental, strategic and long-term significance, contributing to development. sustainability of the country in the new period.

The conference will hear 2 important reports, including: Report of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thoroughly understanding new points and key contents, mainly in implementing laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly at the sixth Session and the Fifth Extraordinary Session of 15th National Assembly; Report of the Government on the organization and implementation of laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly.

The conference will also hear a number of reports and presentations on the preparation for supervision and a number of contents that fall within the responsibilities of agencies of the National Assembly, relevant ministries and branches in implementing laws and resolutions.
