In the memorial book, Chairman Man expressed his profound emotions as he visited the late President's home town. He expressed his hope that President Ho Chi Minh's sacred spirit would bless the nation with prosperity and its people with warmth and happiness.

He pledged to devote his life to the service of the fatherland and its citizens, striving relentlessly to see Vietnam take its rightful place among the world's leading powers, thereby fulfilling the President's cherished dream.

Ahead of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27), the delegation offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh and fallen soldiers at the Vietnam-Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery in mountainous Anh Son district. This cemetery is the resting place of nearly 11,000 Vietnamese voluntary soldiers and experts who fought and sacrificed in Laos.

In the afternoon, the delegation extended their compassionate support to the community by visiting and presenting gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and ex-revolutionaries. They also witnessed the handover of funds designated for the construction of 20 houses, providing much-needed assistance for these deserving families./.
