The Politburo has concluded that teachers' salaries must be placed on the top of the salary scale system for the administrative and non-productive sector, with additional allowances tailored to the work's nature and regions.

A national hybrid conference was held by the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee (PCC) on October 20 to disseminate and implement the resolution of the 13th-tenure PCC’s 10th session.
