General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam has granted an interview to the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025 and the 95th founding anniversary of the CPV (February 3, 1930 – 2025).
