On this occasion, Vietjet Air and Carlyle Aviation Partners signed a 300 million USD financing agreement to support the purchase of aircraft scheduled for delivery between 2025 and 2026. This deal is a pivotal step in Vietjet Air's plan to acquire more than 400 new aircraft, as part of its fleet expansion strategy.

Furthermore, Vietjet Air and Satair, an Airbus Group subsidiary, inked a cooperation deal on the use of Integrated Material Services (IMS), a comprehensive material supply solution for Vietjet's entire fleet of Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft./.
