With the Law on E-Commerce set to take effect in July 2026, consumers can expect a safer online shopping environment, while compliant businesses will gain a solid foundation for sustainable growth of the e-commerce market.

New laws expected to enhance efficiency in national resource management

Under the Law on Personal Income Tax, the family circumstance-based deduction for taxpayers is set at 15.5 million VND (nearly 590 USD) per month while the deduction for each dependent is 6.2 million VND per month.
