10th session passes 30% of laws, resolutions of NA’s entire 15th term

The 10th and final session of the 15th National Assembly wrapped up on December 11, passing 51 laws and eight normative resolutions passed, making up 30% of all legislation approved during the whole term.

The 15th National Assembly is discussing a sweeping package of education reforms during the ongoing 10th session in Hanoi on November 20, which is being broadcast live on radio and television.
NA reviews major education law reforms to boost autonomy, modernisation

Lawmakers largely concurred that the three draft laws are tightly interwoven, designed to institutionalise the Party’s sweeping policy directives, notably the Politburo’s Resolution 71, which charts breakthroughs in education and training reform, along with key resolutions on sci-tech, innovation, digital transformation, international cooperation, private sector growth, and legal reform.
