Vietnam, Ireland seek ways to step up bilateral cooperation
Hang proposed the two sides further strengthen political trust, increase high-level and all-level exchanges, and organise youth, student and cultural activities to mark the upcoming anniversary. The Deputy Minister also called on Ireland to soon ratify the EU–Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA), which would create fresh momentum for economic cooperation.

Vietnam, Ireland hold deputy foreign minister-level political consultation to advance bilateral cooperation
During the March 26 event, the two sides reviewed recent bilateral cooperation and the implementation of agreements reached between the two countries, particularly following the State visit to Ireland by Party General Secretary and State President To Lam in October 2024, and compared their notes of regional and international issues of common concern.

The project is managed and implemented by the RENEW Centre for rehabilitation and assistance for PwDs and will run until July 31, 2026 across all communes and wards, including border areas, in the central province, which is heavily contaminated with landmines and other ERWs.
