According to Pham Ngoc Quynh, feedback from voters at places of residence serves as an important basis for the Vietnam Fatherland Front to conduct the third round of consultations and finalize the list of qualified and credible candidates.

Under the guidelines, grassroots-level Fatherland Front committees will coordinate with local authorities to organize voter meetings, ensuring openness, seriousness, and adherence to legal regulations and election-related instructions from central authorities.
