The Party chief emphasised that Vietnam attaches special importance to relations with Bulgaria, always remembers and appreciates the valuable support of the Bulgarian people for Vietnam in the past struggle for national liberation, independence and national reunification, as well as in the current process of national construction and development.

General Secretary Lam said that building upon the positive development and great achievements of Vietnam – Bulgaria ties after 75 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, and with confidence in a bright future for the relationship, the two sides adopted a joint statement on establishing the Vietnam – Bulgaria Strategic Partnership.
Vietnam–Laos ties thriving across all fields
Vietnamese and Lao officials reiterated their resolve to further deepen the Vietnam–Laos great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation, while maintaining close coordination at multilateral platforms and on regional issues.
