The Dak Lak Provincial Election Committee requests that relevant agencies, units, and localities urgently develop specific plans and methods to organize early voting in accordance with the law; ensuring safety, solemnity, and adherence to proper procedures. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen information and communication efforts so that cadres and soldiers understand the policies and significance of the election; and fully understand the time, location, and voting process.
Polling stations in early voting areas are responsible for regularly informing voters about the early voting date determined by the National Election Council, the polling locations, and voting times through various means such as public notices, internal broadcasts, and local mass media. At the same time, they must proactively review voter lists and prepare all necessary facilities, materials, ballot boxes, and other conditions to support the election process.
In addition, the election organizing body must review all tasks to be performed before, during, and after election day; promptly identify and address any difficulties or obstacles that arise, ensuring completion on schedule, and contributing to a democratic, equal, lawful, and absolutely safe election.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Election Committee, the province currently has 2,118 polling stations in 2,119 polling areas across 102 communes and wards. Specifically, due to its large area and scattered population, Mong village (Ea Kiet commune) has been allocated two polling locations, facilitating voter participation.
Organizing early voting at armed forces units demonstrates the proactive, flexible, and highly responsible approach of Dak Lak province in election preparation. This ensures the right of voters, who are officers and soldiers, to participate in the election while maintaining security and order, contributing to the overall success of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
