Speech by General Secretary and State President To Lam at the National Conference on Studying, Disseminating, and Implementing the Resolution of the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee
On the morning of July 29, at the National Assembly House, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee organized a national conference on studying, disseminating, thoroughly understanding, and implementing the Resolutions, Conclusions, and Regulations adopted at the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee. General Secretary and State President To Lam attended and delivered the keynote directive speech at the conference.
