Ủy ban đã xem xét vụ Lê Đức Thọ, Ủy viên Trung ương Đảng, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Bến Tre.

Kết luận, ông Thọ đã vi phạm nghiêm trọng các quy định của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước, quy định đối với Đảng viên khi kê khai tài sản không trung thực, không đúng quy định.

Ủy ban này cho biết những vi phạm của ông đã làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của Đảng và các cá nhân khác, đồng thời đề nghị Bộ Chính trị xem xét kỷ luật đối với vị cán bộ này.

The commission also asked the Party delegation to the State Bank of Vietnam and other relevant organisations to review the responsibility of some Party organisations and members involved in the case, decide disciplines against them, and make a report on the work.

For the case of Dieu K'ré, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Highlands province of Dak Nong, the commission said the official showed degradation of morality and lifestyle, and violated rules for Party members.

It also proposed the Politburo consider and decide disciplinary measures against the official.

The commission mulled over wrongdoings by Pham Gia Luat, former member of the Party Committee of northern Ha Nam province and former Director of the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Luật cho rằng ông Luật có biểu hiện suy thoái về tư tưởng chính trị, đạo đức, lối sống, vi phạm các quy định của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước, các quy định của Đảng viên trong quá trình thực hiện dự án đầu tư, quản lý, sử dụng tài chính và khai thác, mua bán khoáng sản. , gây hậu quả nghiêm trọng, thất thu lớn cho ngân sách Nhà nước.

Hành vi của ông còn khiến nhiều cán bộ, đảng viên bị kỷ luật, làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của tổ chức Đảng, cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước trên địa bàn.

Ủy ban đề nghị Ban Bí thư Trung ương Đảng xem xét, thi hành kỷ luật đối với ông Luật./.
